When you first open Arattai Business, a short setup flow helps you create your business profile. As soon as you fill in a few details, your public business profile goes live on Arattai. Customers can find and message you right away.
Prerequisites
Stable internet: A stable internet connection is required to register and publish your profile.
Arattai Business installed: Download the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or open Arattai Web on your browser log in as linked device with you business number.
A mobile number: You register your business using a valid phone number.
Your business details ready: Have your business name, a profile picture (logo or photo), username and a short description handy.
How to Set Up Your Business Account
Android
Open Arattai Business.
Ensure to read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Tap Agree and continue.
Enter your mobile number and tap Continue.
You will receive an OTP via SMS.
The OTP will be valid for 15 minutes.
If you face any issues or if the OTP expires, tap Resend to receive it again.
Enter the 7 digit OTP and tap Verify.
Set up Business profile:
Profile Picture - Add your logo or a photo that represents your business.
Business name - Enter your business name for identification.
Username - Choose a Username, the unique handle customers use to find you on Arattai.
Business Category - Select your Business Category from the list.
Tap Next which navigates to Enhance Business profile(optional) screen. It will have
Business description - Add a short Business Description that tells customers what you do.
Business Address - Add your business address and pin your location in map.
Business hours - Select your business hours to tell customers about your availability.
Business Links - Add your website links and respective label for quick recognition.
Cover Image - Add business related cover images to your profile. You can add upto 10 cover images.
Tap Finish to complete the onboarding.
Your Arattai Business account is now created and can be accessed through any device.
Note: Account creation is limited to one per unique phone number.

If You're Converting a Personal Account
Already using Arattai with a personal account?
When you switch that account to a business account, your Display Picture and Description are filled in automatically from your personal profile to save you time. You can change them during setup or any time afterwards. For the full process, see "Switch to a Business Account". Good to Know
No approval needed: Registration is open, there is no eligibility check, verification, or approval step. You can start right away.
Your profile goes live immediately: As soon as you finish setup, your business profile is published and can be shared with customers.
Everything is editable later: You can update any of these details at any time from your profile.
