Prerequisites
Stable internet: A stable internet connection is required to save changes and publish them.
Permissions: Make sure Arattai Business has access to your device's camera and gallery to update your profile picture or cover images.
About Your Business Profile
Your business profile is the single source of truth for how your business appears on Arattai. Your public profile page, your search results, and your channel link all draw from it.
A basic profile is required: you must complete the mandatory fields before you can start receiving customer messages. Everything you enter can be changed later, and updates appear on your public profile immediately.

How to Edit Your Business Profile
Android
Go to More menu (⋮) → Settings → tap Edit / Tap My profile from the home screen / Go to Business hub → tap Business profile.
Navigates to Edit Business Profile.
Tap the field you want to change.
Make your changes and tap Save.
Your changes will be saved and appear on your profile immediately.
Web
Go to Settings → click Profile / Click Display picture from the sidebar / Go to Business hub → click Edit business profile.

Make your changes and Click Save.
Your changes will be saved and appear on your profile immediately.
Good to Know
Changes are immediate: Anything you edit is reflected on your public profile right away.
Business Hours affect away messages: Updating your business hours also updates when your automatic away messages are sent. See "Set Your Business Hours". A basic profile is required: You need to complete the mandatory fields before you can receive customer messages.
