Send Stickers and GIFs

Using stickers and GIFs can add a fun, expressive element to your chats. Here’s how you can find, send, and manage your sticker and GIF collections.

Prerequisites  

  • Stable Internet: A stable internet connection is required to download and send stickers and GIFs.

How to Send a Sticker

  • Tap the  emoji icon at the left of the message bar.
  • Tap the  sticker icon at the bottom to open the sticker menu.
  • You'll find a panel of stickers.
  • Tap any sticker to send it on chat.
    Alternatively, you can long press a sticker and tap Send sticker to send it.

  • Tap the  sticker icon at the right of the message bar.
  • You'll find a panel of stickers.
  • Tap any sticker to send it on chat.
    Alternatively, you can long press a sticker and tap Send sticker to send it. 

Web
  • Click the  emoji icon at the right of the message bar.
  • Click the  sticker icon to open the sticker keyboard.
  • You'll find a panel of stickers.
  • Click any sticker to send it.

How to Add Sticker Collections

  • Tap the  emoji icon at the left of the message bar.
  • Tap the  sticker icon.
  • Tap the  plus icon at the right-bottom.
  • Select View sticker set to see all available sticker packs.
  • You will find a collection of sticker packs under All stickers.
  • Tap Add next to a pack to add it to your keyboard.

  • Tap the  sticker icon at the right of the message bar.
  • Tap the  plus icon.
  • Select View all stickers to see all available sticker packs.
  • You will find a collection of sticker packs under All stickers.
  • Tap Add next to a pack to add it to your keyboard.

Web
  • Click the  emoji icon, then the  sticker icon.
  • Click the  plus icon and select Sticker packs.
  • Click Add next to a pack to add it to your keyboard.

Create Custom Stickers  

Custom stickers sent in chat can be added to favourites and can be shared by the chat members. However, when deleted, the users cannot favourite or share it.

  • Open the sticker keyboard, tap the  plus icon, and select Add custom sticker.
  • Capture an image or select one from your gallery.
  • You can then crop, flip, rotate, or adjust the position of the image.
  • Tap Save to convert the image into a sticker and add it to your Custom stickers section.

  • Open the sticker keyboard, tap the  plus icon, and select Add custom sticker.
  • Select a photo from your gallery or tap the  camera icon to take a new picture.
  • You can then crop, rotate, flip, or reposition the image.
  • Tap Create to add the image to your Custom stickers section.

Web
  • Open the sticker keyboard, tap the  plus icon, and select Custom Stickers.
  • Click the Create button to upload an image.
  • After the image is uploaded, you can crop, rotate, flip, or reposition it.
  • Click Create to add your custom sticker.

  • Use the search bar to find a specific GIF.
  • Tap on a GIF and add caption if needed.
  • Tap  send icon to send it.

  • Tap the  GIF icon to switch to the GIF keyboard.
  • Tap on a GIF and add caption if needed.
  • Tap  arrow icon to send it.

Web
  • Click the  emoji icon at the right of the message bar.
  • Click the  GIF icon.
  • Use the search bar to find a specific GIF.
  • Click on a GIF and add caption if needed.
  • Click  send icon to send it.
