Text: You can add text in any colour with a choice of 13 different fonts. The text's alignment can be adjusted, and formatting options such as bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough are supported.
Shapes: Add shapes, chat bubbles and arrows to your images.
Colours: Choose from a wide range of colours for drawing, shapes, and text.
Crop and Rotate: Images can be cropped freely by adjusting the corners or by choosing a specific dimension. You can also flip the photo or rotate it.
Other Controls: You can Undo, Redo, or Discard your edits from the preview page.
iOS
Pens: Three pen types are provided for drawing: Marker, Highlighter, and Arrow. You can choose from various colours and adjust the thickness of the pen.
Shapes: Add shapes and arrows to your images.
Text: Text can be added to images, with formatting options including Frame, Fill, and Outline.
Tagging: A set of tagging tools such as Correct, Wrong, Question, and Number are available.
Blur: A blur tool is available to obscure specific parts of an image.
Crop and Rotate: Images can be cropped freely by adjusting the corners or by choosing a specific dimension. You can also flip the photo or rotate it.
Other Controls: You can Undo, Redo, or Discard your edits from the preview page.
Web
Highlighting Tools: You can use a Marker or shape tools like Rectangle and Ellipse to highlight content.
Highlighter Pen: A dedicated highlighting pen is available in colours including Yellow, Red, Green, and Orange.
Arrow & Line: You can add an Arrow, Double arrow, or a simple Line to your image.
Text: Add text to your image with adjustable size and various font colours. An Outline can also be added for better visibility.
Tagging Tools: A set of tags is available, including Number, Correct, Wrong, and Unclear.
Concealing Tools: You can use Blur or Smudge to conceal sensitive information.
Crop: You can drag to crop the image freely.
Other Controls: You can select and edit elements, or Discard them whole from the preview page.
Video Editing
Arattai allows users to trim videos before sharing. The drawing, text, and other image editing tools are not available for videos.
Video Trimming is supported on iOS. After selecting a video, a trimming bar appears on top of the preview screen. You can drag the handles on either end of the video to select a specific segment to share.
