Mark a Chat as Unread
Marking a chat as unread is a helpful way to remind yourself to reply later, even after you have opened the message.

- Go to your chat list.
- Tap and hold the chat you want to mark as unread.
- Tap Mark as unread option that appears.
- The chat will be marked as unread.

Web
- Go to your chat list.
- Place the cursor on the chat you want to archive.
- Click the
more menu. Select Mark as unread.
How to View and Manage Unread Chats
You can easily filter your chat list to show only unread chats.

- Go to your main chat list.
- Tap the
filter icon at the top-right of your chat list.
- All unread chats can be viewed here.
- Tap Read all to clear your unread chat list.

Alternatively, tap the Chats icon to switch between chats and unread chat list. - Tap Read all to clear your unread chat list.
- An Undo option will appear at the bottom for 5 seconds. Tap Undo to revert the action.
