Arattai TV app

Arattai TV app

The Arattai TV app will help you join and start scheduled meetings from your TV.

 Download from Google Play Store:

  1. Go to the Google Play store on your Home TV and search for "Arattai"

  2. Click Install to download the app.

  3. Open the app once the installation is successful.

  1. Go to the Arattai app on your TV.

  2. Select Sign In from your home page.

  3. Open the Arattai mobile app, go to Settings > Devices, and scan the QR code displayed on your TV to log in. Alternatively, visit www.arattai.in/tv on your mobile or web browser, enter the code, and click Verify.

Note: If logging in is required for your scenario, please log in through the browser before verifying the TV app. Otherwise, you can skip this step.

  4. When logging in, a consent screen will appear- review the details and confirm to proceed.

  5. You will find the list of all the meetings that are ongoing for you to join. If there are no meetings going on, you will find only the upcoming meetings.

  6. You can also view all the recordings of the meetings under the Recorded meetings section.

Join meeting

You can join meetings you are a part of under the ongoing meetings.

  1. Select the meeting you want to join and click on Join meeting.

  2. A screen with options to turn on/off your audio/video before joining the meeting will appear. Click on Join meeting to join the meeting.

  3. Once you join a meeting, you can leave the meeting at any point.

  4. To leave, click on Leave. A prompt will appear, and you will need to confirm by selecting Leave again.

Note : When the waiting room for participants has been enabled by the host,  participants won't be able to enter the meeting. Participants will be in a virtual waiting room, and the host has to grant them permission manually. This is an additional layer of security for the meeting.

  2. A screen with options to turn on/off your audio/video before starting the meeting will appear. Click on Start meeting to start the meeting.

  4. To end the meeting, click on End. A prompt will appear, and you will need to confirm by selecting End again.
