Join meetings
This document provides a guide on how users can join a meeting even without an Arattai account. Whether you have a meeting ID or an invite link, the process is simple.
Prerequisites
To join a meeting, you will need either a meeting ID or an invite link. If the meeting is password-protected, you will also need the meeting password.
Join Meeting
Users can attend a meeting in the following ways:
Using Meeting ID:
Tap Join on the meeting screen.
Enter the meeting ID and the password, if required
From the Meetings Tab:
Navigate to the meetings tab where the meetings are listed.
Tap Join on the meeting invite.
Using an Invite Link:
Simply click the invite link provided to join the meeting directly.Using the Arattai TV App:
Once you open the Arattai TV app, you can join any available meeting.
What will happen once you join a meeting
Once you successfully join a meeting, you will enter the meeting room where you can interact with other participants. Depending on the host's settings, you may need to wait for approval before being allowed to enter. Ensure your audio and video settings are configured for the best experience.
