Unlink Arattai Devices: Remove Logged-In Sessions

Unlink a Device

Prerequisites  

  • Stable Internet: A stable internet connection is required for smooth functioning and real-time syncing across all linked devices.

How to Unlink Devices

Android
  • Tap the ☰ more menu on the top left of your chat list. 
  • Go to Settings → Devices & sessions.
  • Tap on the specific device you wish to log out from. 
  • Tap Terminate this session.

iOS
  • Open Settings → Devices & Sessions
  • Tap on the specific device you wish to log out from. 
  • Tap Terminate this session.

Web & Desktop App
  • Click the ☰ more menu on the bottom left of your chat list. 
  • Go to Settings → Devices & sessions.
  • You will find icon next to every active session.
  • Click X, a confirmation dialog box will appear.
  • Click Terminate to confirm.

This option allows you to log out from all linked devices simultaneously, ensuring maximum security, except for your current primary mobile device.

  • Go to Settings → Devices & sessions.
  • Tap Terminate all sessions at the bottom of the screen. 
  • A dialogue box will appear asking for confirmation. 
  • Tap Terminate to proceed.

  • Open Settings → Devices & Sessions
  • Tap Terminate all sessions at the bottom of the screen. 
  • A dialogue box will appear asking for confirmation. 
  • Tap Terminate to proceed.

Web & Desktop App
  • Click the ☰ more menu on the bottom left of your chat list. 
  • Go to Settings → Devices & sessions.
  • Click Terminate all other active sessions.
  • A confirmation dialog box will appear.
  • Click Terminate to confirm.

How to Sign Out from a Device  

In addition to unlinking devices remotely, you can also sign out directly from any Arattai application you are currently using.

  • From your chat list, tap the ☰ more menu on the top left.
  • Go to Settings → Accounts.
  • Tap Sign out.
  • A confirmation dialogue box will appear. 
  • Tap Sign out again to confirm.

  • Tap Sign out.
  • A confirmation dialogue box will appear. 
  • Tap Sign out again to confirm.

Web & Desktop App
  • Click the ☰ more menu on the bottom left of your chat list.
  • Go to Settings → Account
  • Click Sign Out.
  • A confirmation dialogue box will appear. 
  • Click Sign Out again to confirm.
