Passcode Reset After App Store Migration

Arattai moved its iOS app to a new App Store account in August 2026. As part of this transition, existing passcodes could not be carried over. So, if you had previously set an app lock for the Arattai app, you’ll need to set a new one.

When you open Arattai, the app will prompt you to set a new passcode.

You can either:

Set a new passcode when prompted, or
Skip the prompt and set a new passcode later from the settings.

This applies only to the iOS app as part of the App Store account migration.
