Sync Contacts
Syncing contacts enables Arattai to identify which of your phone book contacts are already using the app. When enabled, contacts saved on your device are synced to help you find and connect with people more easily.
Prerequisites
- Stable Internet: A stable connection is required to sync your device contacts to the Arattai server.
- Permissions: Arattai must have permission to access your device's Contacts to sync them.
Understanding Contacts Sync
When Contacts Sync is enabled:
- Contacts saved on your device are synced with Arattai.
- This helps identify contacts who are already on Arattai.
- New contacts added to your device are synced automatically.
When Contacts Sync is disabled:
- New contacts added to your device will not be synced.
- Existing synced contacts remain unchanged.
