Pin a channel

 
Pinning a channel helps you keep important conversations easily accessible at the top of your chat list. You can pin up to five conversations, including individual chats, groups, broadcasts, and channels.

  1. In the channel you want to pin, tap and select Pin. 

  2. To unpin the channel, tap on Unpin.

  3. You can Pin/Unpin channels from the channel info page. Tap on the name of the channel to access the channel info, and select Pin/Unpin.

  4. You can also pin/unpin channels from your chat list. Long press on the channel and select Pin/Unpin.

iOS
  1. In the channel you want to pin, tap and select Pin.

  2. To unpin the channel, tap on Unpin.

  3. You can also Pin/Unpin channels from the channel info page. Tap on the name of the channel to access the channel info, tap on , and select Pin channel/Unpin channel.

  4. You can also pin/unpin channels from your chat list. Long press on the channel and select Pin/Unpin.



Web
  1. In the channel you want to pin, click and select Pin channel.

  2. To unpin the channel, tap on Unpin channel.

  3. Alternatively, you can also pin the channel from your main chat list by clicking the icon next to the name of the channel and selecting Pin.​
