Mute Channel Notifications

iOS  

  1. Go to the channel info page.

  1. Tap   Mute channel.

  1. Choose the duration for which you would like to mute the channel's notifications:1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 1 week, or Forever.

 

Android 

  1. Go to the channel info page.

  1. Tap   Mute.

  1. Choose the duration for which you would like to mute the channel's notifications:1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 1 week, or Forever.

 

Web 

  1. Go to the channel info page.

  1. Click   Mute channel.

  1. Choose the duration for which you would like to mute the channel's notifications:1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 1 week, or Forever.

  1. Alternatively, click on next to the channel's name in the chat list and select Mute
