The Chat View setting is a powerful productivity option exclusive to the Arattai Web and Desktop experience. It allows you to choose between focusing on a single conversation or opening multiple chat windows side-by-side to stay on top of various discussions simultaneously.
Prerequisites
Arattai Web or Desktop App: This feature is designed specifically for large screens and is not available on mobile devices.
Stable Internet: A stable connection is required to ensure your layout preferences are saved to your account profile.
Understanding Chat View Options
Arattai Web offers two distinct ways to manage your active conversations:
Single Chat: When you click on a contact or group, that conversation fills the main viewing area. Opening a new chat replaces the current one.
Multi-chat: The default option. An advanced layout that allows you to view two chat windows side-by-side. New chat opens on the left column and the older chat moves to the right, and will disappear when more new chats are opened.
