Branded Meetings

This document provides a guide on how to set up custom meeting branding. You can personalise your meetings with a logo, background, and colour scheme to create a more engaging experience for participants. Meeting branding makes your meetings look more professional, builds trust, and helps people recognize your brand across all touchpoints.

Prerequisites

To customize your meeting visuals, you need access to the Arattai web app. Prepare the necessary images, including your logo and a background image with a resolution of at least 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Branded Meetings

To set up your custom meeting branding - that includes logo, background and colour, in the web app,

Click > Settings > Meetings > Custom meeting branding.
Select New custom branding, edit the name of the meeting branding if required, upload your brand's logo, select a background image of at least 1920 x 1080 pixels, select the theme colour and save your changes.
You can now view your complete list of custom meeting branding. You can also choose to apply a certain branding to all your new instant meetings.

What will happen once custom branding is applied

When you schedule a meeting and toggle the Apply custom branding option, your selected visuals will be visible to all attendees throughout the meeting.

Your custom branding will be visible in the email invite, the waiting room before joining, during the meeting, and on the screen after the meeting ends or when an attendee leaves, enhancing the overall experience.
