Your app's analytics and diagnostics data help Arattai improve app performance, reliability, and overall user experience. These settings allow you to control whether diagnostic information and crash reports are shared.

Prerequisites  

Stable Internet: A stable connection is required to send diagnostic or crash data.

Why We Collect This Data

Arattai uses analytics and diagnostics to:
  • Identify and fix technical issues.
  • Improve app stability and performance.
  • Understand general usage patterns.
Two types of data controls are available:
1. Diagnostic Data  
When enabled, Arattai collects limited technical information about how the app is used. This helps identify issues and improve features.
2. Crash Reports  
When enabled, Arattai automatically sends crash reports if the app stops working unexpectedly. These reports help the team investigate and fix bugs faster.
This data is used only to improve the app experience.

How to Manage Analytics Settings

  • Tap the  more menu on the Chats screen.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Security & privacy.
  • Scroll down and tap Analytics, you'll find two controls:
    • Share usage statistics
    • Enable crash reporting
  • Switch each toggle on or off based on your preference.

iOS
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Security & Privacy.
  • Scroll to Analytics, and you'll find two controls:
    • Send diagnostic data
    • Crash reports
  • Switch each toggle on or off based on your preference.

 

FAQs  

1. Does Arattai collect personal messages through analytics?
No. Analytics and diagnostics do not include the content of your messages.

2. What happens if I turn off both options?
No diagnostic or crash data will be sent from your device.

3. Can I change these settings later?
Yes. You can update your analytics preferences at any time.

4. Are analytics data collected on the Web?
No. Sending Analytics and Diagnostics data is currently available only on Android and iOS.
