FAQs
1. Can a chat appear in more than one folder?
Yes. A single chat can be added to any number of custom folders at the same time.
2. How does the unread count work across folders?
Each folder shows a count of its own unread messages. Reading a chat from any folder marks it as read and updates the unread count in every folder that chat belongs to.
3. Can I add groups and direct chats to the same folder?
Yes. Any combination of chat types: direct messages, groups, and channels, can be included in the same custom folder.
